When you redeem your voucher, you must follow these steps to ensure no additional payments are made and your voucher is redeemed correctly.
(1) Select the correct number of Adults and Children for your booking.
(2) Select preferred date and time
(3) Select “Book Now”
(4) Select Add promo Code/Voucher, enter voucher code into Voucher Code Box then select "Apply"
(5) Enter all participant and contact details
(6) Select "Book Now".
(7) You will receive an email confirmation in your inbox

The Thunder Thrill Ride is perfect for all ages, offering an adrenaline-pumping Sydney Harbour tour as you marvel at the stunning views of the city's world-famous landmarks while enjoying exhilarating wave riding. Whether you're seeking a fun family outing or an exciting adventure, our modern jet boats deliver an unforgettable sightseeing experience with a thrilling twist, showcasing the beauty of Sydney Harbour all year round.

Departs every hour, every day from 10:30*am til sunset during summer months (Dec-Feb) and from 11:30am til 3:30pm during other months. Please note these hours vary outside of school holidays. Refer to our live availability or contact us at 02 9566 1066 for more information on our available ride times.
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

• The minimum height requirement to ride on Thunder Jet is 120 cm.
• All passengers travelling are required to sign a jet boating Assumption of Risk form. If a passenger is under 18 years old, a responsible adult over the age of 18 years must sign on their behalf. 
• Please ensure to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If a passenger is late or a no-show, no refunds will be provided and they will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25 per person.
• Full-length ponchos and life jackets are provided.
• Complimentary lockers at the wharf are provided to store valuables and non-water-proof items.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: 

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to update you on what Thunder Jet Boating is doing to ensure the continued good health and safety of all our customers and staff, this includes:

• Enhanced staff hygiene protocols.
• Increased frequency of cleaning equipment, surfaces / “high touch areas”, including iPads, rails, lockers, and desks.
• We would also ask that for the safety and health of the community any customers who are feeling unwell or present flu-like symptoms to remain at home, we will be very accommodating with the need to reschedule due to these unprecedented circumstances.
